BECKLEY — A Raleigh County metal fabricator is suing an Ohio excavation company, alleging breach of an open account agreement.

National Energy Holding Company, doing business as Steelcon Supply Company, filed a complaint June 28 in Raleigh Circuit Court against The Robbins Company, alleging failure to perform its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, Steelcon provided metal fabrication services to Robbins and delivered the same as requested. The total amount of $13,676.66 remains due and unpaid, the suit says.

The plaintiff alleges The Robbins Company has failed and refuses to make payments for the owed amount.

National Energy Holding seeks trial by jury, judgment of $13,676.66, plus applicable interest, costs and attorney fees and all other just and proper relief. It is represented by attorney James R. Sheatsley of Gorman, Sheatsley & Company LC in Beckley.
