CHARLESTON – The Kanawha Institute for Social Research & Action is suing TLTEK after it claims the company and its owner failed to pay back a loan.
On Nov. 6, 2014, KISRA extended a microloan to Timothy Taylor, according to a complaint filed on July 7 in Kanawha Circuit Court.
KISRA claims Taylor and TLTEK failed to repay the loan in the amount of $36,186.36.
The plaintiff attempted to collect the remaining balance on the loan and the defendants failed and refused to pay.
KISRA is seeking damages in the amount of $36,186.36. It is represented by itself.
