CHARLESTON – A Belle business alleges that a Chesapeake company failed to pay for goods.
Mountain State Co. filed a complaint July 20 in Kanawha Circuit Court against Pritchard Mining Co. Inc. alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided goods to the defendant but that the defendant has failed to pay for them.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks the amount of $19,283.65, interest and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Clinton W. Smith in Charleston. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge James C. Stucky.
