WHEELING – A Wheeling property owner claims that a contractor failed to complete work it was hired to do.

Keri J. Wilson filed a complaint Aug. 2 in Ohio Circuit Court against Randall "Randy" J. Dlesk and Herr LLC, doing business as Dlesk Kitchens & Flooring, alleging breach of contract, unjust enrichment and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she contracted the defendants in October 2015 to do some work on the interior of her house. She alleges that kitchen cabinets were delivered in April 2016, some flooring work was done in December 2016 and some other minor jobs were completed, but that the defendants failed to complete the job. She alleges the defendants have refused to refund her money.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory and punitive damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney's fees costs and such other just and proper relief. She is represented by Robert P. Fitzimmons and Justin J. Wiater of Fitzimmons Law Firm PLLC in Wheeling.
