New Peoples Bank alleges Improvements Unlimited defaulted on $1.3M loan

PRINCETON – A bank alleges that a limited liability company has defaulted on a $1.3 million loan.

New Peoples Bank Inc. filed a complaint Aug. 3 in Mercer Circuit Court against Improvements Unlimited LLC, William G. Erps, Sue J. Erps, David W. Yontz and Stacie Yontz alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, Improvements Unlimited LLC borrowed $1.3 million from the plaintiff with the individual defendants named as guarantors. 

The plaintiff holds Improvements Unlimited LLC, William G. Erps, David W. Yontz and Stacie Yontz responsible because Improvements Unlimited allegedly defaulted on the loan and still owes a principal amount of $232,142.75.

The plaintiff seeks all amount due and owing, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Debra Kilgore of Burton Kilgore & Baldwin, PLLC in Princeton. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Mark Wills.
