BECKLEY – A Raleigh County man is seeking damages after a rear-end collision in the county.
Glen E. Riggs filed a complaint Aug. 9 in Raleigh Circuit Court against AnaLabs Inc. and Kevin Brown alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that July 7, 2016, he was traveling on Harper Road in Glen Daniel when Brown, who was driving an AnaLabs vehicle, rear-ended him. The plaintiff holds AnaLabs Inc. and Brown responsible because Brown allegedly negligently operated the vehicle.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount justified by the evidence. He is represented by Stephen P. New and Amanda J. Taylor of Stephen P. New Attorney at law in Beckley. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Andrew Dimlich.
