Motorist seeks damages after U.S. 60 collision

HUNTINGTON – A man alleges he and his vehicle were damaged in a collision in Cabell County.

Johnie L. Holley Jr. filed a complaint Aug. 8 in Cabell Circuit Court against Rachel Keiper alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 11, 2015, he was driving on U.S. 60 in Cabell County when he was involved in a collision with the defendant.

The plaintiff holds Keiper responsible because the defendant's alleged negligence caused the collision.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in an amount that will fairly compensate his injuries and damages, interest, costs and such other and further relief. He is represented by Donald R. Capper in Proctorville, Ohio. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Alfred E. Ferguson.
