Semi crash 03

HUNTINGTON – A Pike County, Kentucky, man is seeking damages over alleged injuries from a multi-vehicle collision in Huntington.

Anthony Coleman filed a complaint Aug. 14 in Cabell Circuit Court against Henson Bros. Inc., Thomas Roger Mobley and Liza Luann Abel alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 17, 2015, at the intersection of 14th Street West and Madison Avenue in Huntington, he was struck by Abel's vehicle. The suit states Abel's vehicle had been struck by a tractor-trailer owned by Henson Bros. and driven by Mobley.

The plaintiff holds Henson Bros. Inc., Mobley and Abel responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to keep a proper look and failed to maintain control of their vehicles.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages, interest, all legal fees, and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Joshua S. Ferrell and Nathan D. Brown of Ferrell & Brown PLLC in Williamson. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Chris Chiles.
