Greenbrier Communications alleges it was not paid for electrical work

KINGSWOOD – A residential and commercial electrical components installer alleges that it was not paid for work it did on a property in Preston County.

Greenbrier Communications Inc., doing business as Greenbrier Technologies & Electric, filed a complaint Aug. 14 in Preston Circuit Court against Team Development LLC, Ridder Properties LLC, Dolgencorp LLC, and Summit Community Bank Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was contracted by Team Development for electrical work at a Preston County property owned by Ridder Properties and leased by Dolgencorp as a Dollar General store.

The plaintiff holds Team Development LLC, Ridder Properties LLC, Dolgencorp LLC and Summit Community Bank Inc. responsible because the plaintiff allegedly was not paid by Team Development for its work on the property.

The plaintiff seeks the amount of $56,920.53, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Aaron C. Ambler and Alyson A. Dotson of Ambler & Dotson LC in Lewisburg, Virginia.
