PRINCETON – A North Carolina woman alleges she was injured while shopping at the Princeton Walmart.

Acquanetta Martin filed a complaint Aug. 16 in Mercer Circuit Court against Wal-Mart Stores East LP alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 2, she sustained physical injuries from falling due to a puddle of water that was left on the floor while shopping at the defendant's store.
