LOGAN – A driver has filed suit against a trucking company doing business in Logan County after a collision in Bruno.
Brenda Gent filed a complaint Aug. 21 in Logan Circuit Court against KC Transport Inc. alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff was traveling in Bruno when the defendant's truck when left of center and struck the plaintiff's vehicle. She alleges she needed medical treatment for neck injuries because of the collision.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages, all legal fees, interest and special damages. She is represented by Donald C. Wandling and David Wandling of Wandling Law Office LC in Logan. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Joshua Butcher.
