PRINCETON – A Mercer County business alleges that it is owed for parts it delivered.
Shrewsbury Machine & Gear Inc. filed a complaint Aug. 28 in Mercer Circuit Court against Kanawha Electric & Machine LLC alleging that the West Virginia business failed to pay the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendant purchased parts and services. The plaintiff holds Kanawha Electric & Machine LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff for the order.
The plaintiff seeks the amount of $13,500 plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by William S. Winfrey II in Princeton. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge William J. Sadler.
