BECKLEY – A property owners association alleges that a property owner in Glade Springs Village has failed to pay annual dues and other costs.
Glade Springs Village Property Owners Association filed a complaint Aug. 29 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Wray Investments LLC and Carl L. Wray Jr. alleging unjust enrichment.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges it has been damaged for not receiving assessment payments from Wray Investments for several properties.
The plaintiff holds Wray Investments LLC and Carl L. Wray Jr. responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay their annual dues, assessments fees and other charges to the association.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for the amounts owed with accruing interest, costs of this suit and such other and further relief. It is represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Andrew Dimlich.
