Glade Springs Village Property Owners Association alleges it is owed more than $75,000 for fees

BECKLEY – The owner of several properties in Raleigh County's Glade Springs Village is alleged to have failed to pay a property owners association.

Glade Springs Village Property Owners Association filed a complaint Aug. 31 in Raleigh Circuit Court against NAJ LLC alleging unjust enrichment.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has billed the defendant for assessments and charges for nine properties that have not been paid.

The plaintiff holds NAJ LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff for the maintenance of the common areas and facilities.

The plaintiff seeks $76,804.99 plus accruing interest at the rate of 10 percent per annum, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa P.C. in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Robert A. Burnside Jr.
