K-Motion Transport LLC alleges it is owed more than $140,000 for services

PINEVILLE – A transportation company alleges that it has not been paid for its services.

K-Motion Transport LLC filed a complaint Aug. 31 in Wyoming Circuit Court against Dynamic Energy Inc. and Frontier Coal Co. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff and defendants entered into a coal haul agreement in November 2016. The plaintiff alleges that the defendants have failed to pay its invoices since late March.

The plaintiff seeks invoiced amount of no less than $143,287.64 plus interest, damages to compensate them, all legal fees, punitive damages, and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Timothy P. Lupardus of Lupardus Law Office in Pineville. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Warren McGraw.
