Teletrac Navman alleges Mid South Carbon Corp. owes more than $28,000

CHARLESTON – A Charleston corporation is alleged to have failed to pay for its use of a fleet navigation system.

Teletrac Navman filed a complaint Aug. 18 in Kanawha Circuit Court against Mid South Carbon Corp. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided defendant with use of its transponders, software and other related equipment with the understanding that it would receive timely payments for its services. After all credits for payments and deductions, the amount of $28,927.62 allegedly remains due and unpaid by the defendant.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $28,927.62 with interest and attorney's fees of $6,759.15 and all other relief to which it is entitled. It is represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge James C. Stucky.
