Financial Pacific Leasing says it is owed more than $30,000 for loan

KINGWOOD – A financing company alleges it is owed for a loan currently in default.

Financial Pacific Leasing Inc. filed a complaint Sept. 8 in Preston Circuit Court against the defendants alleging ITT LLC, Mario Orellana and Cheri Orellana alleging breach of agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in October 2014, plaintiff agreed to finance ITT LLC's purchase of a 2015 Transcraft Dropdeck Trailer with the Orellanas as guarantors. As a result of defendants' alleged breach, the plaintiff claims the accelerated balance of $33,307.58 is due and payable. 

The plaintiff seeks an award in the amount of $33,307.58 with interest, costs and attorney's fees and such other relief that are just and appropriate. It is represented by Joel P. Jones Jr. of Campbell Woods PLLC in Huntington. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Lawrance S. Miller Jr.
