Man alleges injuries after item fell on him at Lowe's store

CHARLESTON – A Kanawha County man alleges he was injured at a home improvement store in the county when an item fell on him.

Stephen Krein filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Lowe's Home Centers Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was injured and damaged when a product from defendant's store shelving fell and landed on him, causing injuries.

The plaintiff seeks compensation for his injuries and damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, costs of this action and all other remedies that the court deems fit. He is represented by Erica Lord of Lord Hosier PLLC in Charleston. The case has been assigned to Circuit Court Judge Carrie L. Webster.
