CHARLESTON – A Pennsylvania company claims a Charleston physician failed to pay it for its services.
Advanced Laboratory Services Inc. filed a complaint Sept. 8 in Kanawha Circuit Court against H. S. Ramesh MD alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided goods, funds and services to defendant in the total amount of $55,950. To date, said amount allegedly remains due and unpaid.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $55,950, pre- and post-judgment interest, late charges, attorney's fees, costs and such other just and proper relief. It is represented by Clinton W. Smith of Law Office of Clinton W. Smith in Charleston. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Carrie L. Webster.
