CHARLESTON – A Louisiana man alleges he was injured because a towing company failed to secure his truck.

Olidge Narcisse filed a complaint Sept. 8 in Kanawha Circuit Court against Glen's Towing & Road Service LLC and John Doe alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 10, 2015, he was inside his truck while receiving assistance from the defendants when it suddenly rolled into a bridge, causing him injuries.

The plaintiff holds Glen's Towing & Road Service LLC and John Doe responsible because the defendants allegedly did not make sure that the plaintiff's truck was properly secured.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages, general damages, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Clayton G. Anderson of The Masters Law Firm LC in Charleston. The case is assigned to Circuit Judge Tod J. Kaufman.
