WILLIAMSON – A Mallory security service provider alleges a Gilbert corporation failed to pay for services it provided.

Mountain State Security LLC filed a complaint Oct. 5 in Mingo Circuit Court against Cline and Sons Stone and Gravel Inc. alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff provided security services at defendant's mining site located in Van in Boone County. To date, the balance amount of $17,531.60 allegedly remains due and owing.

The plaintiff holds Cline and Sons Stone and Gravel Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to make payments for the said amount despite repeated demands.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the sum of $17,531.60, attorney's fees, costs and expenses and such other just and proper relief. It is represented by Stephen P. Hoyer of Hoyer, Hoyer & Smith PLLC in Charleston. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Miki J. Thompson.
