Whiskey River Resources alleges Gulf Coast Aggregates damaged equipment

Contract 02

POINT PLEASANT – A Gallipolis Ferry company alleges that rental equipment was not returned to it per the agreement and that the equipment was also damaged.

Whiskey River Resources Corp. filed a complaint in Mason Circuit Court against Gulf Coast Aggregates LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2016, it was financially damaged from having to hire another company to pick up its equipment from the defendant who failed to return it per the rental agreement. The plaintiff also alleges that the defendant damaged the equipment through improper operation and has not paid for the repairs.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of the court, lost income, other profits, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Robert W. Bright in Middleport, Ohio. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Richard Craig Tatterson.
