Hanson Ready Mix Inc. alleges Allmon General Contractors owes more than $9,000

CHARLESTON – A Kanawha County business is alleged to have failed to make payments under a credit application.

Hanson Ready Mix Inc., formerly known as Essroc Ready Mix Corp., filed a complaint Oct. 4 in Kanawha Circuit Court against Allmon General Contractors LLC and Gary Allmon Sr. alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that defendants entered into a credit application and personal guaranty with plaintiff. To date, the amount of $9,956.87 allegedly remains due and unpaid. 

The plaintiff holds Allmon General Contractors LLC and Allmon Sr. responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to make the required payments under the terms of the credit application and personal guaranty.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants in the sum of $9,956.87, pre- and post-judgment interest, costs, attorney fees and such other relief to which plaintiff is entitled. It is represented by W. Scott Stinnett of Lloyd & McDaniel PLC in Louisville, Kentucky. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Charles E. King.
