GE-Fairchild claims Bluestone Coal owes more than $64,000

BECKLEY – A Lawrence Park, Pennsylvania, company alleges that a Daniels corporation failed to pay for goods delivered.

GE-Fairchild LLC filed a complaint Oct. 4 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Bluestone Coal Corp. alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it supplied sold and delivered goods to the defendant totaling the sum of more than $64,000 and that the defendant has failed to pay the invoices.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in the amount of $64,272.31 plus interest at the rate of 7 percent, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Jerred P. Roth of Burton Neil & Associates PC in Mineral Wells. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Andrew Dimlich.
