POINT PLEASANT – A Kentucky corporation alleges it was not paid in full for goods provided to a Glenwood corporation.
Whayne Supply Co. filed a complaint Nov. 20, in Mason Circuit Court against S&S Tower Services Inc. and Christopher Strausbaugh alleging breach of personal guaranty and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 14, 2016, it provided goods and services to defendant S & S Tower that was guaranteed by defendant Strausbaugh. To date, the balance amount of $54,958, plus accrued service charge in the amount of $7,642.93, allegedly remains unpaid.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants, jointly and severally, in the amount of $54,958 plus accrued service charge in the amount of $7,642.93, with interest, costs and all other proper relief. He is represented by Alison R. Gerlach of Reisenfeld & Associates LPA LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge R. Craig Tatterson.
