CHARLESTON – A South Charleston business alleges that it was not paid for work it performed on several properties.
A.M.Z. Heating, Cooling, & Refrigeration LLC filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against RLJ Management Co. Inc. and Swarthmore Capital LLC alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided services to several of the defendants' properties and was not paid.
The plaintiff holds RLJ Management Co. Inc. and Swarthmore Capital LLC responsible because the defendants allegedly failed and refused to pay the plaintiff for their services despite their demands.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $28,806.52 plus interest, late charges, court costs, collection fees and any further relief the court grants.
It is represented by Clinton W. Smith in Charleston. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Louis H. Bloom.
