BECKLEY – A water testing and treatment lab alleges it was not paid for services it provided.
Appalachian Laboratories Inc. filed a complaint in the Raleigh Circuit Court against WWMV LLC alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided materials and performed services for the defendant for a fair and reasonable amount of $8,187. To date, said amount allegedly remains due and unpaid.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $8,187, plus interest, attorney's fees and such other just and proper relief. It is represented by Anthony J. Sparacino Jr. in Beckley. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Andrew Dimlich.
