Triple A Welding & Services alleged to owe mroe than $5,000 for goods

FAYETTEVILLE – An Edmond man is alleged to have failed to pay for goods delivered by an Atlanta, Georgia, company.

Fleet Pride Inc. filed a complaint in Fayette Circuit Court against Andrew Hicks, trading as Triple A Welding & Services, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff sold goods to the defendant.

The plaintiff holds Hicks, trading as Triple A Welding & Services, responsible because the defendants allegedly accepted goods delivered by the plaintiff but failed and refused to pay for them despite plaintiff's demands.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $5,033.92 plus continually accruing interest at the rate of 7 percent per annum, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge John W. Hatcher Jr.
