Car accident 32

HUNTINGTON – A motorist is seeking damages after a collision in Huntington with an uninsured driver.

Brandi Walters filed a complaint on Dec. 18, 2017, in Cabell Circuit Court against Donald Frye, Karen Frye and Allstate Insurance Co. alleging negligence.

The suit states the incident occurred on Third Avenue near its intersection with Fourth Street in Huntington.

The plaintiff alleges the Frye vehicle as uninsured and that her insurer Allstate failed to use good faith and fair dealing in resolving her loss claim.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants, jointly and severally, for compensatory damages, with interest, costs and such other just and appropriate relief. She is represented by Matthew J. Woelfel of Woelfel & Woelfel LLP in Huntington. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Paul T. Farrell.
