WHEELING – A Wheeling business is accused of failing to pay for equipment it purchased.
Audifon USA Inc. filed a complaint in Ohio Circuit Court against Better Hearing Center alleging that the West Virginia business failed to pay the plaintiff for the equipment it provided.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendant purchased equipment from it and failed to pay the invoices on a timely basis. It alleges the defendant owes $25,819.75.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $25,819.75 plus interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Steven M. Recht of Recht Law Offices in Weirton.
