Klear LLC alleged to owe Morton Salt more than $4,000

WHEELING – A Wheeling company is alleged to have failed to pay for goods provided by a Chicago business.

Morton Salt Inc. filed a complaint in Ohio Circuit Court against Klear LLC, doing business as Klear Water Maintenance, alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff provided goods to the defendant, who accepted the goods. 

The plaintiff holds Klear LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly accepted goods from the plaintiff but failed to pay for them.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant for $4,616.01 plus interest at the rate of 7 percent, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Ronald E. Wilson.
