BECKLEY – A Shady Spring corporation is alleged to have failed to pay a loan.

First Community Bank filed a complaint Jan. 4 in Raleigh Circuit Court against PPPFD Inc., Mark Timothy Radcliffe and Angela Radcliffe alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 30, 2016, it loaned defendant PPPFD the principal amount of $880,603.01. As of Dec. 20, 2017, the amount allegedly due and owing is $181,496.10.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants, jointly and severally, in the amount of $181,496.10, plus accruing interest per day until date of judgment, post-judgment interest, attorney's fees, and such other just and proper relief. It is represented by Julia A. Chincheck and Daniel J. Cohn of Bowles Rice LLP in Charleston. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Andrew Dimlich.
