Howard Home Improvement alleged to owe more than $11,000 for goods purchased

WHEELING – A Triadelphia company is alleged to have failed to pay for goods purchased on credit.

Famous Supply Co. filed a complaint Jan. 8 in Ohio Circuit Court against Donald K. Howard, doing business as Howard Home Improvement, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it delivered and sold certain goods to defendant on credit. After all proper credits for payments and/or returned merchandise, the amount of $11,600.32 allegedly remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff holds Howard, doing business as Howard Home Improvement, responsible because despite demands for payments, the defendant allegedly failed and refused to make payments for the remaining balance herein mentioned.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $11,600.32, with accruing interest, attorney's fees, costs and such other relief to which plaintiff may be entitled. It is represented by James R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Ronald E. Wilson.
