Motorist blames another driver for injuries in Raleigh Co. accident

BECKLEY — A West Virginia motorist is suing is suing a driver and a Huntington supply company, alleging insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries and negligence on the road.

Charles Anthony Saul filed a complaint March 2 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Frederick Dinkler and Jabo Supply Corporation, alleging Jabo allowed its employee to operate a vehicle in a reckless manner.

According to the complaint, on April 4, 2016, Saul was driving southbound on South Fayette Street in Beckley. The suit says as Saul slowed to make a turn, he was hit from the rear by a Jabo Supply flatbed truck driven by Dinkler.  

Saul says he sustained physical injuries as the result of the defendant's failure to keep a proper lookout while operating his vehicle.

Saul seeks trial by jury, compensatory damages, punitive damages, interest, court costs and all further relief this court grants. He is represented by attorneys Robert D. Cline, Jr. and Brian E. Bigelow of Farmer, Cline & Campbell PLLC in Beckley.
