MORGANTOWN – A trucking company is suing Revelation Energy after it claims it failed to pay nearly $200,000 for services rendered.

A&P Trucking, Heavy Hauling & Rigging filed the lawsuit against Revelation Energy in Monongalia Circuit Court.

The plaintiff and defendant had a contract for the plaintiff to break down, tear apart, transport and reassemble a Cat D11 dozer for the sum of $25,000, which the plaintiff did, according to the suit.

A&P claims it was also contracted to do the same with several other dozers and trucks, as well as replacing bearings on Cat 992 K axels.

The plaintiff demanded the defendant make payment to the plaintiff in full on its account and contracts for payment for the amount of $177,500, which the defendant unlawfully refused to do, according to the suit.

A&P is seeking judgment in the amount of $177,500 with interest. It is represented by Phillip M. Magro.
