Peerless Block & Brick claims Ohio company owes nearly $6,000

CHARLESTON — A St. Albans business is suing an Ohio company, alleging breach of contract in failing to pay nearly $6,000.

Peerless Block & Brick Company Inc. filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Dreamscape LLC, alleging failure to comply with its own obligations.

According to the complaint, between January-March 2017, Peerless Block & Brick supplied and delivered materials to Dreamscape to use in its business. To date, the amount of $5,912.97 remains payable. 

The plaintiff alleges Dreamscape is benefiting from the materials and services provided by Peerless and has failed to pay the said amount.

Peerless Block & Brick seeks trial by jury, judgment in the full amount of $5,912.97, plus pre- and post-judgment interest, costs of court and all other just and appropriate relief. It is represented by attorneys Gene W. Bailey II and J. Andrew Skeens of Hendrickson & Long PLLC in Charleston.
