ABC Contracting alleged to have failed to construct auto body shop per contract

Lawsuits
Contract 09

PINEVILLE – An Oceana man alleges a contractor he hired to build an auto body shop failed to construct it to comply with code.

Timothy Massey filed a complaint in Wyoming Circuit Court against ABC Contracting and Calvin Cline alleging breach of contract and negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff contracted the defendants in 2017 to construct an auto body shop. The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to use concrete suitable for the shop's construction, failed to adequately install roof trusses and other issues that violate building codes and industry standards.

The plaintiff holds ABC Contracting Inc. and Cline responsible because the defendants allegedly improperly completed the work.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for an amount sufficient to compensate him. He is represented by Dennis S. Morgan of Morgan Law in Welch.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Warren R. McGraw.
