FAYETTEVILLE — A Fayette County woman is suing a Fayetteville property owner, alleging negligence caused her to fall and suffer injuries.
Connie Huddleson of Oak Hill filed a complaint in Fayette Circuit Court against Randolph Restaurant Group Inc., alleging failure to maintain its premises in a reasonably safe condition.
According to the complaint, on Sept. 5, 2016, Huddleson was injured when she slipped and fell on a wet floor in front of a trash receptacle at the defendant's Bojangle's store in Fayetteville. She says she sustained severe and permanent injuries resulting in pain and suffering, medical expenses and mental anguish.
The plaintiff alleges Randolph Restaurant Group failed to keep the store flooring in good repair to prevent people from being injured.
Huddleson seeks trial by jury, all damages, pre-judgment interest, court costs and all other just and proper relief. She is represented by attorney Kevin P. Davis of Charleston.
