WINFIELD – A Kentucky company alleges a St. Albans business failed to pay for goods it ordered.

Hanesbrands, doing business as Gear For Sports Inc., filed a complaint in Putnam Circuit Court against Sports Fanz LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the plaintiff sold certain goods to defendant on credit. After all proper credits for payments and/or returned merchandise, if any, the amount of $13,176.76 allegedly remains due and owing.

The plaintiff holds Sports Fanz LLC responsible because despite demands for payments, the defendant allegedly failed or refused to pay the same or any part thereof.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $13,176.76, plus interest, costs and such other relief to which it may be entitled. It is represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
