Logan County supplier alleges Ohio company owes $7,700

LOGAN — A Logan County supplier is suing an Ohio company, alleging it owes more than $7,700 for breach of a credit agreement.

Mine Lifeline LLC filed a complaint in Logan Circuit Court against Queen Oxygen Co., doing business as Quest Cylinder Company, alleging failure to perform its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, Mine Lifeline rendered goods and/or services to Quest Cylinder on credit. To date, the suit says, the defendant is still indebted to the plaintiff in the amount of $7,750. 

The plaintiff alleges Quest Cylinder Company has refused to pay such indebtedness. 

Mine Lifeline seeks trial by jury, judgment of $7,750, plus costs, interest, attorney fees and all other just and proper relief. It is represented by attorney Nicola D. Smith of Hoyer, Hoyer & Smith PLLC in Charleston.
