Wesbanco alleges Tavern Off The Green failed to pay four loans

HUNTINGTON – A Huntington business is alleged to have defaulted on four loans.

Wesbanco Bank Inc. filed a complaint in Cabell Circuit Court against Tavern Off The Green LLC, John P. Castlegrande and Scott A. Fraley alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges in 2017, Tavern Off The Green entered into four business loan agreements whereby defendants agreed to repay certain sums to plaintiff. The suit states Castlegrande and Fraley guaranteed full and complete performance of Tavern Off The Green regarding the loans.

The plaintiff holds Tavern Off The Green LLC, Castlegrande and Fraley responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to make payments pursuant to the terms of the loan documents.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $84,007.34 for loan one; $40,650.54 for loan two; $25,347.75 for loan three; and $23,716.08 for loan four; plus interest until fully paid, an order for the immediate surrender of the collateral, attorney's fees, costs and such other just and appropriate relief. It is represented by Joel P. Jones of Campbell Woods PLLC in Huntington.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Gregory L. Howard.
