This is the firm’s 10th time on the list which recognizes law firms for their commitment to retaining and promoting women lawyers through family-friendly policies and career development initiatives.

Working Mother’s annual survey evaluates firms based on a range of factors including representation; flexibility; paid time off and leaves; leadership, compensation and advancement of women; and development and retention of women.
