Broadcasting company alleges advertiser owes $7,100

CHARLESTON — A broadcasting company is suing an advertiser, alleging breach of an advertising agreement in failing to pay more than $7,100.

Gray Television Group Inc., doing business as WDTV, WVFX, WSAZ and EVFX, filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Gutter Pro-Gutter Guards LLC, alleging failure to perform contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, Gray Television provided advertising services to Gutter Pro-Gutter Guards on credit. To date, the suit says, the defendant still owes theplaintiff $7,162. The plaintiff alleges Gutter Pro-Gutter Guards, despite demand for payments, has failed to do so.

Gray Television Group seeks trial by jury, judgment of $7,162, plus interest, costs and all other just relief. It is represented by attorney Jerred P. Roth of Burton Neil & Associates PC in Mineral Wells.
