CHARLESTON, WV — Huntington National Bank, a West Virginia company, is suing Billy Keeling Jr. and Kellie Keeling, citing alleged breach of contract and unpaid debt.

The Huntington National Bank filed the complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against the defendants alleging that they breached duty of good faith and fair dealings.

The plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 18, the Huntington National Bank suffered economic losses, as a result of the wrongful conduct of the defendants in failing to pay back a loan with principal amount of $101,832.34 plus interest and fees of $39,403.95.

The plaintiff holds Billy Keeling Jr. and Kellie Keeling responsible, because the defendants allegedly failed to fulfill their obligations under the loan contract, received and retained monetary benefit without paying dues at the expense and detriment of plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for the sum of $141,236.29, plus interest, costs, filing and service fees.

They are represented by James B. Atkins, Paul S. Atkins and Bree Whipp Ogle of Atkins & Ogle Law Offices LC in Buffalo.
