PRINCETON – Two Princeton business owners are alleged to have failed to pay for goods purchased.

Beauileu Group LLC, successor in interest of Engineered Floors LLC and Dream Weaver LLC, filed a complaint in Mercer Circuit Court against Delores Pendleton and Joseph Pendleton, individually and doing business as Family Carpet LLC, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on May 9, 2016, defendants submitted a credit application to plaintiff seeking to purchase good and materials on credit. After allowances for all proper credits for payments and/or returned merchandise, the principal amount of $20,285.22 allegedly remains due and owing.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for $20,285.22, plus interest, costs and all other relief to which plaintiff may be entitled. It is represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating & Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Derek C. Swope.
