Mouldagraph alleges Virginia mining company owes more than $20,000

CHARLESTON – A general machine and industrial repair company in Nitro alleges a Virginia-based mining company failed to pay it for work it performed.

Mouldagraph Corp. filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Justice Low Seam Mining Inc. alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it performed work and services to defendant on credit totaling $20,652. The plaintiff alleges after receiving a check in the amount of $9,800, which was returned for insufficient funds, the full amount remains unpaid. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $20,652, pre- and post-judgment interest, and such other relief that may be fit to award. It is represented by Stephen P. Swisher of Stephen P. Swisher PLLC in Dunbar.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Jennifer F. Bailey.
