HUNTINGTON — A Huntington couple is suing Ohio contractors, alleging breach of contract and negligence.

Michael Misiti and Jenna Misisti filed a complaint in Cabell Circuit Court against CNS Management LLC, doing business as CNS Construction, and Christopher Strow, both of Scottown, Ohio, alleging they failed to perform work in a good and workmanlike manner.

According to the complaint, the Misitis contracted CNS Construction to renovate their home in Huntington. As a result of the defendants' defective work, the suit says, water penetrated to the walls and floor of the shower area, causing extensive damage to the master bedroom and the first floor ceiling.

The plaintiffs allege CNS Construction and Strow failed to properly design, plan and complete the home renovation.

The Misitis seek trial by jury, damages to be determined by jury, plus interest, costs, attorney fees and all other just and proper relief. They are represented by attorneys Robert H. Sweeney Jr. and Sarah A. Walling of Jenkins Fenstermaker PLLC in Huntington.
