Jackson Kelly is pleased to announce that Vivian H. Basdekis, Member, received the Construction Lawyers Society of America’s 2018 Diversity Law Institute Diversity Award. The award was presented to Ms. Basdekis by G. Steven Henry, CLSA’s Director and Counsel, at the CLSA’s 2018 International Conference & Induction of Fellows held in Banff, Alberta, Canada. CLSA presents DLI Diversity Awards annually to carefully selected individuals who have advanced, promoted, or supported diversity and inclusion in the profession of law, and who share in the DLI and CLSA’s commitment to promote a more diverse, equal, and inclusive legal profession.
Ms. Basdekis is a litigator, focusing her practice in construction and commercial litigation. Ms. Basdekis is also a member in Jackson Kelly’s Energy, Financial Services, and Oil & Gas industry groups. She practices out of the Firm's office in Charleston, West Virginia.
