GLENVILLE — An estate administrator is suing Richard Taylor, doing business as Taylor Construction, and R&R Oil & Gas, oil and gas well operators, citing alleged nuisance and destruction of property.

Vickie Taylor, administrator of the estate of David C. Keller, filed a complaint in Gilmer Circuit Court alleging that the oil and gas well operators failed to pay or correct the damage done to Keller's property.

The plaintiff alleges that David Keller's property had been damaged, normal flow of water had been disturbed, several large mature trees had been removed and the property adjacent to the bulldozed road continued to slip and deteriorate.

The defendants allegedly bulldozed and constructed a roadway through Keller's property without his permission.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory and punitive damages, penalties, attorney's fees, costs and interest and such other just and proper relief. She is represented by John N. Ellem of Ellem Law Office PLLC in Parkersburg.
