CHARLESTON — Compliance Staffing Agency is suing Whittington Fence Co., a contractor, citing alleged breach of contract.

Compliance Staffing filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Whittington Fence alleging failure to pay plaintiff's services.

Compliance Staffing alleges that at various times in 2017 and 2018, plaintiff provided employee staffing services to defendant. The plaintiff alleges that Whittington Fence still owes $29,580.56.

The plaintiff holds Whittington Fence responsible, because the defendant allegedly failed to pay plaintiff's staffing services.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $29,580.56, plus accumulating interest, attorney's fees, costs and such other appropriate relief. It is represented by Ryan S. Marsteller of Bailes, Craig & Yon PLLC in Huntington.
